Hello, anyway. My name is Yosano. A quick thank you to those who filled me in after getting out of the well. I’ve gotten settled in one of these empty cottages now, and intend to help investigate where I can about this town. I previously worked for a detective agency where I’m from, and can provide at least some insight.

But beyond that, I am a doctor. I intend to set up the extra rooms in this place as a makeshift clinic, and tried to pick one that was closer to the center of town for an easier access. If anyone requires medical assistance of any kind, I have some supplies here with me, including a limited supply of minor medicines.

We could perhaps set up an area in the town hall for such a purpose. I have been trying to fix it since our last meeting. Does your knowledge extent to plants healing usage so we could salvage a proper supply in case of an emergency?

The reason I set it up here was because I intend to also sleep here, and it'll be easier to get into contact with me in case of emergencies. Setting it up somewhere I don't have quick and easy access to would waste time.

But yes, it does. As I said, I even have some medicine with me, though limited.

I've heard weirder motives. From what I've been told, it sounds like they're treating the lot of you like toys or glorified pets. Making us do tricks in return for rewards?

I can't be certain. I've only been here a few days compared to all of you, after all, but it is a running theory.

Aren't most people capable of multiple things? Limiting oneself is a waste. It was mostly a warning that I might not be as helpful in the deducing department as I am in the medical one. But yes, I can do autopsies. I prefer my patients to not be dead, however.

He's a friend-rival-acquaintance??? of a friend from back home. Long story, hence why I just refer to him as 'Poe' or 'Edgar'. He writes mysteries, and a lot of them are very dark in nature. He'd like this town, I think.

You shouldn't want to suffer, period. There shouldn't be anything else after that. Most people with twisted minds to do stuff like this do so for trivial reasons. In fact, most criminals with mindsets like this are scarier than the ones who have big goals, because unlike them, they have no ounce of compassion for human life. It's something expendable and worthless to them.

Truly, it's the people with motives that seem "stupid" that are the ones that can do the most damage.
