Kaoru texted me to let me know that she, Izuku, Shiho and Eijirou Kirishima were going diving in the water of the harbor. She said "call the Coast Guard if it's been more than four hours."

It's been almost eight and she isn't answering me. I think it's safe to say that they ran into some trouble.

Still, I'd want to form a rescue team... but I can't send more people blindly into the water if we don't know the direction or exact area. The most we can do is scout the edges of the water and wait.
