Every three days at least, to make sure he won't drink from anyone else or go crazy. Vampires don't have feelings anymore. To him, we're all livestock. I don't trust him not to get bored and kill someone. It's not a pleasant experience, either, but I'm used to it and my blood regenerates quicker.
