Hi. This is Akira Kurusu. I'm the leader of the patrol team for Bluo for the foreseeable future.

Now that hopefully everyone is out of the well, I'll be around Bluo helping anyone if they need anything. Bluo is the district with all the bridges and the boathouses. Be careful if you're exploring. Some of the bridges are out and some of the boathouses are rickety. We've been trying to clean up what we can.

Of course, if you're reading this you've already found your laptop and your house. Congrats.

For the rest of the Bluo patrol team, try to be around today when you can to help any new people find their laptops and not drown.

...Maybe we should have matching armbands. [Like a disciplinary committee?]
