To my fellow Blues,
The bird and the post from the mysterious #FFFFFF pose a difficult task to us. Food of various sort has been appearing in my home, and I am sure in your homes as well. However the bird warns us not to indulge. Going without food can be a struggle if you have never fasted before, and so I offer this helpful advice.
1. Remove all food from your premises, or hide it in a place you cannot see. Removing yourself from temptation will make it easier for you to cope with it. Alternatively, dispose of it entirely. Burning it would be a start, but avoid inhaling any smells that may come with it.
2. Stay hydrated. The bird does not seem to react to drinking water, so it does not qualify under the quest. You don't need to eat as much as you need to drink.
3. Prayer and meditation will help cleanse your mind of pervasive thoughts. Isolate yourself in normalized temperatures. If you need assistance on mindful techniques, I will be available.
4. Commit yourself. A strong will can resist temptation.
If not eating can cause you physical ill, then do not make your body worse and avoid taking part in the quest. Children, elderly and the ill should not engage in fasting. No one is frowned upon for not partaking when they know their limitations and aware that their body will not accept the rigor with the same resilience as healthy individuals. The rest of us should make our best attempt to succeed however.
And if you find this quest difficult, please let me know. I will be more than willing to keep you in the right state of mind. Disicipline is the key to our victory. I extend the same courtesy to Reds and Yellows who need help as well, as I assume you have your own tasks.

How very odd. An exorcist who does not partake in prayer? I do not mean to offend your beliefs or lifestyle, but you won't become good at what you do without it.

i mean i have a reason
a few reasons for it
but arias are the ones who deal with prayers and sutras one of my best friends in the class is insanely good at it too
but as for me
well see i was raised in a church and its not like ive NEVER prayed or anything i just really lost my way when i was younger and it got really hard for me to believe in anything really
and then i found out last year that im actually a half demon
which is apparently really common with exorcists? a lot of family lines have demon blood in their history
i just also happen to be uh
the son of the big guy like the head honcho of demons and a lot of people arent too happy with that being a thing and its caused me a lot of grief but i still wanna be an exorcist because i wanna be able to help people and show that not all of us are bad news yknow?

It seems you have been through a great many trials and struggles then, in regard to your faith and the reasons for why you should be faithful.
To speak honestly, I know the place you come from. For years I prayed to the gods to unlock a power that was meant to be given to me by birthright, but no matter how long I tried, they would never answer. It was only at my lowest moment, in the time I needed it the most, I was finally able to breakthrough and awaken it. And for a long time, I had nothing but belief to cling to.
When it comes to a question of belief and faith, there will always be those who want to tear you down. To say you aren't worth it. But that isn't true. The beauty of prayer, of faith, is that all it takes is the belief that the next day, the next moment, could change everything for the better. The real question posed to you is if continuing on is worth it for you. It sounds as though you still desire your role as an exorcist even when there are those who wish to tear you down.

yeah im still gonna go for it whenever i get back home
im not that smart so its been a pretty rough road this past year
i just dont know if ill ever go back to... all that
as a knight its not that important since we're the ones protecting the arias when they're praying anyway

When prayer was failing me, I turned to sciences. I began researching plants, lizards, the world around me as much as I could feasibly do. Data is concrete and tests give results. Praying did nothing of the sort.
I've come to appreciate both ways now. Science to understand the world, and prayer to understand myself and others. And being a knight is certainly nothing to frown upon! It's a very hard job to train for, and you bring peace to those who need it most.

As for cooking, we are limited on food, but this trial brings opportunity. Maybe you could cook some meals for those you're close to? From what I understand, the blues are the only ones not allowed to eat.
