Two questions.

1) Of the items received and brought back from most recent events, has anyone gained something that can be used for the whole town? Things such as seeds, bandages, medicine, etc. It might be worthwhile to throw together a resource pool if it hasn't been done so already.

2) If you could pick something at all from home that would help you get through the day here, what would it be? A type of food, clothing you prefer, your favorite flower. Things like that. If you're comfortable with sharing, I'd like to hear from you.

I brought back a goat that should be able to provide milk in a couple of months.

[ It's a big goat even if it is still young and he isn't some superpowered alien. ]

Books. As nice as the collection of fairy tales is to pass the time, I wouldn't mind something with more fact than fiction.

My son and I have a cow, if you're looking for milk as well. The goat should be a great help though.

Have you talked to Joshua? He has some books on technology from his original world. What other things are you looking for?

While I was intending to keep some milk for myself, the idea was to share most of it with the community at large as well. I wish to use it to produce butter and cheese. Perhaps ice cream on occasion.

No, I haven't. History, mostly. While the history books of my world are a comfort, I would enjoy learning about other worlds.

I'm not sure how tasty ice cream made out of goat milk would be but I'm willing to give it a try.

If I'm able to find any history books going forward, I'll keep you in mind. You could also try writing. Sharing stories with the community that way.

My friend did come here with one of our history books and I with one of discoveries found on our journey that we'd be happy to share with everyone. It could make for a fun experience to swap stories.

If there's anything to take away from this experience, it's the ability to share. We've all been brought here for a reason and I do believe sharing is one of them. I'd be happy to hear your story, if you tell it.

Most of my story revolves around staying in my isolated village or exploring the nearby ruins, learning about the history of the world from books and the others who were like my family. Though I had intended to write some parts up to make a record for future generations. Now seems a good a time as any.

You certainly have the time to dedicate to it. Perhaps when we're able to return you'll be able to bring the items back with you as well. It would make the effort certainly worthwhile.

It would be an interesting project. I could even help others write stories from their world and leave it in the library for others who may pass through here. Even if I can't bring my story with me, I'll have time to write it soon enough.

It would give a helpful start to a lexicon of data for others to read at their leisure. We've had a good few many people arrive and leave, it would help to have had their information before they left. Maybe we can find a pattern in the stories.

It's fine. It wasn't brought back from any of the pocket dimensions. It was one of the mutated animals in the forest purified.

[While it wouldn't be anything major necessarily, Damian isn't sure how much Dextera wants aired for all to see. Some of it was information given to him in confidence.]

Someone in town has the ability to purify abnormalities. We tried it together on one of the animals in the forest to see if it could be done.

Can I ask what abnormalities the goat had before it was purified? It's fine if you can't answer, merely curious to know if others with the ability to purify animals could do the same.

The animals are mutated together with other animals. A lot of them have attributes from more than one--a goat and a bird, for example. That's what Capella was before being purified.

She stays at Father's cottage with Capella. If you're ever there, you can visit her. Ace may be there, but he won't bite, just bark until he can smell you. Just watch out for the geese. They're in a fence, but they breathe fire.
