More importantly, though, there is something I happen to know that might be helpful in dealing with some of the more esoteric issues we've had to handle in this place:
I happen to know a number of meditation techniques, especially useful for those times when facing temptation or altered states of perception/emotion. I'd be happy to teach anyone interested in learning. I found them very helpful during the werewolf problem.

A lot of people assume it's very much one way, but the truth is that there's lots of ways to meditate. The one you like depends on what kind of person you are, how you think, what you find easiest to do.
