i made a discovery the other day.
theres a forge near the center of town but it doesnt look like its been used in awhile.
i realized recently that i cant do the same things everyone else does but this is something i am good at.
so if its okay id like to take over the forge.
i can make and repair tools and weapons if necessary you just need to show me what you want.

[Okay, maybe not that similar, he still has a lot to learn, and he totally forgot to even introduce himself, but he'll probably pick it up. Some day.]

I can have it ready in two days I just need to make sure all the equipment I need is stable or repaired.

Can you make household items? Other equipment? Are you good with reading blueprints, if it's an item you're not familiar with in your world?

my people are known for our crafts so I had to learn growing up
I found that I like what I can do when I can just disappear among the sparks with a hammer and a chunk of ore
the forge looks like it was probably picked over for supplies but its dusty now
I don’t think anyone thought about it after clearing it

if nothing else you can tell me what it’s for and I can make the closest tool i can to achieve the same effect

I don't know what kind of weapons to ask for, but would you mind making a knife? One that I could use in the kitchen.

My knowledge in this area is woefully lacking, forgive the inadequate descriptions. But I'm looking for things to use in a farm, specifically to raise animals.

I've got a bigger plan in mind, but having small things from padlocks to bigger things like .... bits and whatever they need would probably useful.

i dont know as much as i probably should about keeping animals but i do know a few things we use for them
padlocks will be the easiest all i need are measurements
its okay that theyll be relatively simple right? i dont think ill have the right tools to make complicated wards

yeah why wouldnt it be
itll be easiest to repair them if this town has enough abandoned knives lying around, but given enough metal ill be able to make you a good one
