First thing's first: I heard we got another batch of people while I was missing. Sorry I couldn't help out. If any of you still have any questions, maybe I can help answer some of them.

My name's Guren Ichinose, leader of the Defense force here. It's a group made to protect all of us in this town, and to work together towards getting home. If you're interested in joining, message me. For those of you already in it, our meeting will be later this month to make up for my absence.

I was missing for a few days. I can barely remember what happened, but I do remember someone else mentioning something similar before. I wandered into the forest in a daze, apparently, and came back a few days later without my shoes. I don't remember what happened in the forest, but I do remember more things that happened back home. You can ask me questions about it, if you want, but I'm fine.

I'm sorry for any of you I worried. And for anyone I let down.

Also, Yuu's not here anymore. It's not letting me send any messages, so he must have gone home. That's all.

List is here that I try to keep updated, and I will refresh/swap up the squads at the next meeting which I've moved to later in the month to let more new players join in! I am one of the new people who arrived in Chroma a few days ago. Many of my questions have been answered already, but one comes to mind. Do we know why people are being brought to this place? Is there any commonality linking us?

You mention a Defense force. Who or what are you protecting this town from? I was part of a similar group back home, and would be more than happy to assist here as well.

I've tried matching up all of the information that I've collected from the people here, but there's no single connecting string. Not that I've found, anyway.

We've dealt with a lot over the past months, so I don't know if anyone's told you anything. Attacks from monsters, strange magic, the works. Looks like there's something going on with mirrors right now, too. Whatever it is, we need to look out for each other.

If you join, I'll sort you into small squads. Basically, I want to encourage you all to get to know each other and work together. I work the squads based on your skills and personalities to see what forms good teams, and that makes for a stronger force if anything does happen.

If you want to help with any of the patrols, that's encouraged but not required. Additional work on the town is the same thing. Does that answer your question?

Hello! I'm one of those new arrivals, Wei Wuxian, and I'd like to join your defense force. I've archery as a combat skill, but more importantly, I also have some ability to control the monsters' behavior.

Back home I created something that got named the "compass of evil," which was a device that sensed the presence and pointed in the direction of creatures with malevolent energy. I've been looking for proper materials to make one here, and I could certainly use some help with that.

I'd ask if your defense force has any need of a man with a pacifistic nature, but we've all been here long enough to know that I'll probably be vastly disappointed in the answer. However, I'm a navy man back home, among other things, so if we ever get any seaworthy vessels in this place, then I humbly request you come to me first.

I've always said the defense force could use any and all help, but I'll be honest and say that pacifism hasn't helped us so far when actual threats have attacked. Monsters aren't like humans. They don't have the ability to negotiate.

I'll keep that in mind about the navy, though. Thanks.
