[adele voice] hello, it's me

so, i guess i shouldn't be too surprised about this since these laptops have 0 chargers around, but uhhh hey. you know these laptop batteries don't have any charge in them? that sucks. i mean, good on our laptops for not needing to deal with that, but also i was kind of looking forward to an infinitely charged battery so you can imagine my disappointment.

i'll draw an illustration for you

anyway, does anyone have spare batteries with them for whatever reason? because i'd appreciate the donation, thanks.

Is there a particular reason you'd need an infinitely charged battery?

Assuming you're not being sarcastic.

As in, to store the excess for later?

[ Is she reading this right. ]

It seems kind of dangerous. Where would you put those batteries?

[ So it's not as if it's a live-or-die situation to have these batteries. She had been worried for a moment. ] Sounds like you might be out of luck. Batteries aren't the easiest thing to make from scratch.

[ What with "storing" it in the form of chemical potential energy. ]

Sorry, I can't help you. The most I'd be able to help you with is storing energy for later, but you wouldn't be able to take it with you wherever you go.

I would be able to keep your energy for you, and if you want it returned, I'd be able to return it.

But I'm not something that you can just take along with you like a portable battery, that's all.

[ So it kinda defeats the purpose of being available and convenient like one, right? ]
