My companions in kidnapping,

I've yet to see anyone make note of it in this most public forum, so I will do it myself: I would recommend you don't undertake the Quest requiring you to steal color from others. Firstly I do not know how you would accomplish this. But that is not the problem - recall that some have lost color in the past, and it is most often the result of a grievous Injury or temporary Death or some other type of curse from the town. Based on this we should assume for the moment that losing color is a bad thing, and to be avoided.

This begs the question of why such a Quest would be given to us in the first place. Indeed when I look back I see little benefit we have gained from fulfilling even those quests that are harmless outside of food or clothing. I have been here since the Start, and was willing to play along with these little games, but it has been many months with little results. As it is Winter, we should focus simply on surviving for the moment, but I would also like us to brainstorm how to move forward with our escape.

I am considering a sturdier Boat in which a small amount of us could travel across the lake. If anyone has experience in building these things your assistance would be appreciated in the future.

I am also considering trying to contact whatever lives here or watches over us here directly.

Your thoughts?

PS: I am feeling as of late a terrible chill in my bones and think that there is perhaps a sickness spreading around town. Do be careful.

Believe me, I haven't trusted him for even a second. I was simply hoping the easiest solution (playing along) would be the correct one. I should have known that things are rarely so simple - especially not when the situation is as strange as this.

Your adventures into the well may have been the right idea all along.

Perhaps - but Permanently? I cannot think of many things I'd like to erase from existence itself.

Still I see that your power could be useful - does it work on the monsters here?

Duly noted - I can imagine such a power having a use in the future if we are confronted with some cursed Object or perhaps even needing to clear out space in town for projects. If only there were something in town that might be the source of our troubles. I do not dare remove the well in case it is our way out as well as in.

there anything else that's as weird as the well? or at least close cuz the well's too obvious. mr. f didn't even kill me for going down there a whole bunch!

Has anyone ever told you that you take your life too lightly?

The Town Hall comes to mind for its importance in any Town, though nothing suspicious has happened there (to my knowledge.) I don't believe erasing that would do us much good, either, for that reason. Unfortunately, most suspicious events and items simply happen out of nowhere.
