Hi, everyone! This is Izuku Midoriya, in case you don't know my hex code yet.

1. Since it looks like we're stuck here for a while longer, I was thinking it would be a good idea to try collecting more information on this place, specifically the forest. As of right now, it's probably our best bet for finding a way out of here, and it's a source of food, too. [No matter how bad it all tastes.] Yaoyorozu-san and I have been trying to put together a working map, but we just don't have enough information to work with right now.

What do you think of us all working together to map the forest out? If we're successful, we'll be able to mark out the safer paths to take, as well as where we can find anything edible. The more people we have for this, the faster we'll be able to get the information we need!

2. If you've already gone into the forest and encountered something like the shadow monsters or some kind of magical trap, let me know! I can put together a database of sorts on this forum so we all know what kind of danger to look out for when we head in. I'll keep it updated if we run into anything else during this group trip, too.

3. Not related to the information gathering, but has anyone managed to find anything like tshirts and jeans around this place? I've found some extra clothing while cleaning this past week, but most of them don't fit me and they're not really in a style that I'm used to. So, if anyone needs an extra set of clothes, come find me?

Not that I've seen. Never said anything to me, anyway. Just the cryptic "do my chores for me" crap and then radio silence.

Yeah, I checked the rest of the comments and no one else got a reply either.

I'm not sure what to think of them yet. They could've at least warned us that the furniture and houses would turn against us.

Well, I think that was the point. The furniture yelling at us was what we got for not playing along fast enough or well enough with their demands.

We got our wrists slapped. I wouldn't be surprised if it escalates in the future.

Harder tasks, harsher consequences.

[That's a cheerful thought, right?]

You think they're the ones behind the furniture acting up? I thought they were trying to warn us without...actually warning us.

[He's maybe a little naive in that respect.]

Let's hope that isn't what happens. I think everyone's stressed and worried enough as it is without someone messing with us like that.

I'm not so inclined to think the people behind the riddle and kidnapping quiznak have our best interests at heart.

[And Keith is a cynic. So really they balance out pretty well, should they ever realize this.]

Yeah, I really hope you're right. Everyone already has enough to deal with. But I'm not counting on it. I'd rather prepare for the worst and never have to face it than not be ready for it if it does come.

Sometimes people mean well and have a point in their way of thinking, but the way that they carry them out is wrong.

I'm not saying that we have to agree with them, but maybe there's a lot more to the situation than we think.

I think that's for the best, too. Even if it's unpleasant to think of the worst case scenario, it's better to be prepared for it.

I'm not buying that. They only choose to communicate with us through riddles and sending us on their errands.

If this is some "they mean well" bit, then what do they mean?

There's a lot we don't know, so fine, maybe that'll change. But right now, I'm not keen on giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I don't think that's a bad thing, Keith-kun. It's good to be cautious, especially in a situation like this.

Maybe I just want to believe things aren't as bad as they could be.

I don't think that's a ad thing to be either.

Between the options, I'd rather you were right anyway.

[But he'll still be on the lookout for the worst.]

You know, now that I think about it, we kind of balance each other out pretty well.

You being really cautious and me being really naive. It's funny that it turned out like this. If we're lucky, maybe the truth is somewhere in the middle.

I guess we kind of do.

Though "cautious" isn't one I usually get accused of. Reckless, usually. Cynical.

Either way, yeah, the truth is probably somewhere between. I hope we find it soon.
