Hi everyone! My name is Renne.

I wanted to say hi to everyone on here, even though things are kind of bad right now, aren't they? Sorry if this is bad timing. I just don't know how much longer I can take it.

I wanted to ask for help, though! You see, my roommate is a big, big meanie... he says really, really mean and nasty things, and tries to make me cry. He said he's a prince, but doesn't that mean he should be nicer?

What should I do? No matter what I say, nothing makes him act any nicer. He's really scary sometimes too when he yells and gets mad and storms around the house. He's not very helpful, even though he's an adult...he's even called me a lot of names and things.

That is no way to solve anything. He is someone who has pride in who be is but his heart is always good. This matter is just one where stress got ahead of good judgement.

I would like to believe understanding could work here.
Breaking a person down until they act as you wish for them to act is not helpful either.

Not at all. He saved my life here. Given that I have not even been here that long, you can see why I think highly of him. I am a stranger and he risked himself for me, and so I can only repay that kindness to the best of my abilities.

[As often as Percy doesn't actually talk to people, he'd really like to know if people are behaving and getting along well enough. Saving someone doesn't always equate to liking them or being nice to them. There's a few gods he's on pretty weird terms with for that reason.]

No, no, her roommate is but a little stubborn not someone that would willingly not listen to others.

While being dragged around by puppets, he saved my life from the witch. He dealt with the threat by throwing her into the oven -- as the story dictates what should happen to end the scene.

hansel and gretel. the puppets were a huge pain but figuring out what stories we belonged to was also sort of annoying. he wasn't affected by the puppets at all?

And he is also someone new. So a new person meeting a stranger in a new land and deciding to save them. You can see why I wish for there to be no misunderstandings on who he is.

No, I understand your concern. I also just met him, right?

But no, I am not misunderstanding him. He is a good person. He merely is difficult at times. But that's hardly a punishable offense. His pride clouds his judgement some, but he is not someone that deserves to be hated for it.

nobody said anything about hating anybody, but I'm just wondering why Renne had such a different experience than you had with him especially if they're living together
