How sure are you that you're still alive? Back where you're from I mean.

Like on a scale from 1 to 10. Where 1 is "I definitely died" and 10 is "I'm definitely still alive" and everything in between.

Thanks in advance. I know it's a weird question. I just... I gotta know.



[He's asked some folks, but the results so far are mixed. And Keith needs to figure out one way or another if this is just some weird unexpected afterlife, and he's at a solid 2.5 on his own scale so he's wondering.]

Probably. This whole thing should be a lot easier, but I don;'t think our comfort is our abductor's top priority.

Honestly it's kind of nice to talk to someone who isn't concerned about painting the jerks who kidnapped us in a negative light.

Is somebody trying to say they had a good reason to bring us? If that was true, they'd say something.

Good reason. Didn't mean it. Might have been an accident. Don't jump to conclusions.

But I agree. If this was an accident or something with good intentions behind it, they'd have said something. And if it was an accident, we wouldn't have personalized network logins and access waiting for us.

There's nobody here to ask but all these computers are already keyed into us. That's weird and unsettling enough on its own.

Agreed. The whole place is unsettling in general. I'm already tired of it.
