It appears that as a group we've all generally agreed to utilize this forum as a means of sharing relevant information with each other and pooling collectively our experiences as we grow acclimated to our new circumstances, so in a similar vein — a few questions, if you will.

1) Has anything verifiably edible (and safe for consumption) been found in the wilds surrounding this town?

2) Has anyone yet identified a foodstuff that isn't altogether flavorless?

#DC143C — aren't you the one who was asking on this forum a few days back for people to advise you as to whether or not they believe they're dead? I'd imagine an inquiry like that would be of far more personal a nature than questions about the food we've found to eat.

Yeah. Disconcerting. But still animals.

Keith. And yeah that was me. But I don't care if whoever brought us here reads my diary. I do care if they find out any plans about escaping this place or anything or that nature. That's all. Like I said, great for the food and shelter and helping each out sort of stuff.

If the entity in question is indeed monitoring this forum, it only stands to reason that they're monitoring things other than this forum as well. Are you sure any other forum of discussion is any more or less secure than this one?

They might be, yeah. And no, I'm not sure. But I'm sure this one isn't secure. At least if we try to keep certain info secret, off the grid, we have a chance of it. Or at least making it harder for them to get the whle story.

Also we're working on that exact thing. We've got a couple ideas.

In the interest of secrecy I'm hardly going to ask for names, but you're suggesting there's a group effort of some sort devoted to this sort of thing?

Well, less an organized group and more a couple guys I've talked to with similar ideas.

But yeah, I guess that makes it a group effort.

I see. In that case, I hope I might manage to find some way to stay in the loop about these efforts — though I'll hardly ask you to elaborate on them in any meaningful way here, for obvious reasons.
