After recent events, I think it'd be in our best interest to take a headcount.

If you could list anyone who won't see this post either, I would appreciate that as well.

The defense force will keep a list of everyone within the town and have it updated when people arrive and disappear. It'll be good for tracking patterns on how people are brought to the town and what colors are being emphasized in particular. If we're separated again we'll know just how many people should be present and no one is lost in the shuffle.

Another thing, I'll be working on a map of the town to keep in a public space (such as, near the well) for easy accessibility. I think it would be in our benefit to add a list of residencies along with it -- name and hex code included. It would be for those who need to meet each other but have only interacted on the forums, for instance. Being able to reference a map and find someone's home from there will be helpful.

This would be an opt-in practice, you would only need to publicly list yourself if you wanted to.

Any other thoughts and comments on these two ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yeah, Guren is the person I talked to see if this would be a benefit or if someone else was taking care of this. I didn't want to step on toes.

people seem to come and go a lot too so it hasnt been easy to keep track of who has done what and who is keeping things going
i doubt anyone is gonna get angry at you for trying to get us more organized

If it's not something that is your fault, maybe the problem isn't you but just the emotional toll of losing something he doesn't remember?
