Once upon a time, there lived a young man in an azure district. While his family wanted for nothing in terms of wealth, the man's heart sought one most felt was beyond his reach. His heart's desire was a poor but comely man who hailed from the crimson district, and his beauty had already drawn several suitors from that same district to his side in the hopes of claiming his heart for their own.
The young man despaired, for he knew to approach his love whilst hailing from another color would be a fruitless effort indeed. Thankfully there was another, a true friend, a young woman of the brighter, sunnier district, who was there to offer her assistance.

[He lets his shield creep up his neck, over his face, covering his entire self for a few minutes so he can grin over at his companion.]

[He definitely looks the part. But not for long! His shield soon lowers again, settling along his collarbone, once more serving as a shirt and nothing more.]

[Great, now he is imaging Greed in a long cloak and with a peg leg too, go figure. For a moment there is a noise that strikes Kirishima as off coming from somewhere off to their right, but when he turns his head it's already gone.
Shaking his head lightly to himself Kirishima shrugs his shoulders with some delay.]
More or less. It's an animal that's made up from the parts of another, right? Like Frankenstein, just without the stitches and the iron bolts.

Kinda. Only where I'm from, they're animals mixed with humans. Cows, snakes, lizards, alligators . . . I had a whole crew.

All we have back home are mutant quirks. They can give their owners the some physical features and abilities of animals, although they're not limited to only that. I've got my teeth and my red eyes passed down from my grandpa's mutant quirk!
[To make a point he smiles and pills his lips apart for better viewing.]

Enough that my parents joked that I was looking like Snow White! Black hair, pale skin, eyes and lips red as blood, y'know? I even accidentally chewed up a spoon once! That's how we found out that those teeth of mine are pretty sturdy to boot~
