Anyone tampering unnecessarily or destroying the board will answer to me.

It'd just be more sensible to make you an art board if you want something to display art. If you're concerned it'll be ignored, I can just add another panel onto one side.

Why don't you turn one of the empty buildings into an art gallery? Then you can post an advertisement of it on the board and utilize both.
