Hello. This is Giorno.

If anyone would like me to help build a farm, that would be wonderful. The animals are on me, I just need a place and a couple of helpers to feed and keep watch. I'm a city boy, I don't know what's involved in farming, but I'll do my best.

How've you been? I haven't had the chance to bother you in a while. I'm getting too soft.

All right. Relatively busy.

My son's here now. Did I mention that before?

[tropism]

No. That's interesting. At least you're in good company. Is he like you too? A superboy?

[girod]

I happen to think he takes after his mother, mostly, but yes, he's a little like me.

His name is Jon. You'll probably see him with his friend Damian. They spend a lot of time together.

And a friend too. Charming.

Though I don't know what they'd do here in this town for fun.

They're best friends at home.

And boys find fun. My town wasn't much bigger than this growing up, so I can tell you from experience that there's plenty around here with the right eyes.

Really? Must be just me, then. Times when I don't make plans like this for the town I'm bored out of my mind. Bored enough to consider a sport, and I don't play sports at all, which is kind of a travesty given I'm Italian.

Something happens here every few weeks or so, though, so I guess it's not all quiet time. Just different ways of keeping up with everyone.

What is it that you do back at home for fun?

Eat gelato. Travel around. Movies and concerts. Italy's a big place, y'know?

[girod]

Well, you could always help me try and figure out how to make gelato here.

There's plenty of stories to read in the library. And while we can't travel, there's people here from all sorts of different worlds.

That's not the same at all!

Though figuring out gelato would be amazing. Because I miss chocolate and pistachio flavoured ones.

[girod]

How much have you talked to people about their worlds? Or consider what people have lived through, how different or similar it is to what you know?

And I'll work on the gelato. And bring it to you for taste testing.

Okay. I'll be waiting on that gelato.

I heard that there's an area we can just gut out and modify for this farm, so I'm excited about that.

And where's the area you're talking about?

Flavo's got a bunch of empty spaces. If you want ... you can come with me to scope a house or two that we can use.

I've been working with someone on one of them. But sure, I'm happy to come by.
