hey so my hair has no color. i look like an old lady and im over wearing a hat everywhere i go.

-teach a blue to run
-talk normal things with a yellow
-talk feelings with a red

so hurry up and reply so i can get my damn hair back to normal again.

Shouto doesn't run like a track star, but he does run like somebody who's had to do a lot of running.]

[ and miki runs by his side, which is hard. she's purposefully slowing her pace so she can actually observe him as he moves. it's a damn pain in the ass.

after a couple minutes of this she quickens her pace so she can stop in front of him and get him to halt. ]

[He does stop when he's asked and then waits for her to start talking.]

So you're not as bad as I thought you'd be! [ she puts her hands on her hips, smiling. ] I guess you must do a lot of running right? Didn't strike me as the type.

It was part of my training growing up, so... yeah. Mostly I get stuck in boiling water these days.

My quirk is ice and fire, so it's a good way to train them both.

Ok so when you run, the key is in how you move your body. You need to keep your upper-body up, coordinate how you swing your arms and keep proper form.

Now did you have trouble breathing? Or feel like your legs are aching?

[glaciers]

[He nods while he's listening.]

No. Not really. I haven't broken anything in a while.

Broken bones isn't the only factor. Tearing ligaments, pacing your breathing, keeping proper posture - there's a lot that goes into long distance running.

Do you feel winded at all?

Usually I'd just ride ice...
