#FFFFE0 - An Offer

If anyone has looked at the quests, you may notice that one requires “a new experience.” In the interest of efficiency, I am offering a spectacular opportunity that will be mutually beneficial for myself and any Red who chooses to take me up on my offer.

As you may be aware, I am what some may call a “vampire,” and as seems to be common amidst all the universes, I require blood. (Do not hunt me. I am capable of controlling myself without it and you will regret the attempt.) If you would like to exercise your altruistic instinct for a poor, thirsty maiden, my doors are open.

If that isn’t enough incentive, I am capable of temporarily turning you into the undead and doubling your strength. You will be under my thrall, but what is life without a little danger?

Serious inquiries only, please. I am especially looking for an arrangement with longevity.

Then… here I go.

[ it’s easier, of course, with people she doesn’t feel the need to be kind to, but blood is blood. so, sierra sits next to kaoru, and then gently and with a practiced hand tilts her head just enough to expose her neck.

when she’s comfortable, she bites. ]

[Kaoru lets her head be tilted and...waited.

She did flinch a little at the bite, but it was the sort of reaction you might get from the sort of flinch one might have to being tickled...or, you know. Bitten.

It's...definitely different. That's for sure.

She tries not to squirm too much, but she finds it hard to sit still on a normal day so...it takes effort.]

Am I allowed to talk?

[...too late if she can't.]

[ it’s weird for sierra to drink from a neck that she can feel moving underneath her mouth, so when kaoru speaks, she pulls away. it’s something, anyway. ]

Not if you want this to be efficient. Did it hurt?

No.

[And she smiles at Sierra reassuringly. It doesn't hurt! Really!

Okay. So no talking. And probably no moving too much either. That's fine. She leans her head back the way Sierra had moved it earlier, a silent invitation for her to go back to what she was doing before.]

[ sierra takes kaoru’s reassurance at face value, but she doesn’t need to press much more to get the blood she wants. kaoru is a delicate human, after all, even if she is more powerful than most girls her age.

once sierra has had her fill, she sits back. ]

…there.

[ she wipes her own mouth, for good measure. ]

Do you feel all right?

A bit woozy.

[But otherwise she's fine. It was kind of a weird experience over all but not...too bad.

She's not actually that used to blood lost though so it's good that she's sitting.]

Will I need to bandage this? [She reaches up to touch her neck and wonders if she'd be able to feel blood there.]

[ there’s surprisingly little blood leaking from the wound, and sierra’s saliva is antiseptic, but that doesn’t mean that the mark is completely safe. ]

A rambunctious child like you… yes, I think you will.

[ sierra smiles, almost apologetic. ]

But you’ll heal up soon.

Well, it's a good thing Shiho has a first aid kit.

[Because she'll have to tell Shiho. She reaches out to pat Sierra on the arm when she sees that smile.]

I did volunteer for this. If you say I'll be fine soon then I'm sure I'll be better in no time!
