Ardyn Izunia here, at your service. It seems there are a lot here who have been brought in the same way I have, wet shoes and all. Why, I do believe there are none who came any other way (do feel free to speak up if that isn't the case).

I've been lucky enough to be granted a humble abode and not only that the opportunity to display a small pile of rocks I picked myself. A grand introduction to just how strange a place can be. I've decided to keep said rocks, they will make a great keepsake.

That being said.... People are not perfect and I am loathe to admit I fall under such a headline. Back in my own world there is (unfortunately) an ongoing war and I have done things that may not be considered good to some. Rest assured that in this place I will strive to be nothing but exemplary; should anyone need help with anything please don't hesitate to ask for assistance, I would be more than happy to help in any way I can.

PS: What is there to do around here?

Those are some heavy accusations. I would like to point out to people here that the world I come from has two countries at war; both sides have done heinous things and would more than likely be quick to claim atrocities that are untrue against the other.

They have me curious too, it is a veritable shopping list of atrocities, many of which simply aren't true. I would rather such things did not come to this town; I cannot talk for anyone else but there is no ill intent on my part.

I think most of us would prefer no evil is committed. The town provides more than enough dark trickery to keep us all entertained, so even if you are all those things you stand accused of, I suggest you keep it to yourself.

I was a decent enough rank in a military that was in the middle of fighting a war. Whilst I wasn't on the front lines I did help them build an army that did go on to fight.

You seem to have arrived with some Enemies already, but seeing as your war is your world's and not mine I shall judge you on your Deeds here alone for the time being.

In any case I believe rock collecting may be the extent of excitement you shall find here, although perhaps you may take up Fishing or Hunting or some manner of Art and find enjoyment in that as well - largely our days consist of surviving, and trying to find some scraps of Information here in our town.

PS. If you find any rocks with quartz crystal I should like to have them.

It would seem that way, but then my role back home would always come with that issue. I am more than happy to pay it no heed. I do appreciate the option of being judged on this place; as I mentioned I have done some not good things back home and now is a chance to try and make up for that.

I'm not certain the rock collecting was the highlight of my week, even though the scale made it feel that way. Fishing and hunting sound much better and a grand way to pass the time until we go home. Is there anywhere here that would sell equipment such as rods?

If I find any quartz they are 100% yours. I shall check the rocks forthwith.
