well really its whatever weve got the stuff for but a lot of my best stuff is japanese cuisine

basically

a lot of rice, noodles, veggies, fish, beef and chicken

my favorite is sukiyaki which is a lot of veggies, meat and tofu tossed together in a hotpot

usually not enough ingredients for it
