USER: #DC143C - QUESTION FOR EVERYONE
[ USER: #DC143C ]
Hey. So...
...
Question for anyone. Or for everyone I guess.
How sure are you that you're still alive? Back where you're from I mean.
Like on a scale from 1 to 10. Where 1 is "I definitely died" and 10 is "I'm definitely still alive" and everything in between.
Thanks in advance. I know it's a weird question. I just... I gotta know.
[He's asked some folks, but the results so far are mixed. And Keith needs to figure out one way or another if this is just some weird unexpected afterlife, and he's at a solid 2.5 on his own scale so he's wondering.]

How about this: if you find who they are before me, let me know. I'll do the same. They won't see what's coming.

Hey, that sounds like a deal. Just. Careful what you say on this network. No knowing who's reading it. Even whoever brought us here could see it.

Shit, I can't believe I didn't think of that. It looks like there's a messaging option on here, but I have no idea whether that's encrypted. It could be viewed by Them too. Future discussions about it should probably happen in person.

In person is better. Who knows where they have ears in this place, but at least in person isn't right on the network they provided us with.

The houses or laptops could easily be bugged, but if we have music or something loud, that could drown out what we're actually talking about.

Not a bad idea. Drown out the actual important information with background noise. Though do we have anything to play music with?

Resources are a good start. Figure out what we have to work with. Who we have that can work with what. You're right. We will figure this out.

Low tech, less hackable.

It could be tricky. But we can give it a try anyway.

You've got a good point. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
