User: #FFDF00 - Missing colors? And a request

Hey, it's Midoriya again. The shadows haven't acted up in a few days, so hopefully that means we've seen the end of those attacks for now. It looks as if everyone's color is back to normal, too.

[What isn't normal, though, is Izuku's text. Instead of the eye-searing yellow that it's been for the past few weeks, it's returned to the black that everyone had in the beginning. How strange.]

Since we're no longer fighting off our shadows 24/7, there's a couple things I wanted to discuss:

1. Has anyone else noticed color disappearing around the town again? I'm not 100% sure if figuring out the cause of this could help us restore the color in this place later on, but I think it's worth looking into.

2. If anyone's brought back something from the forest before, would you mind letting me borrow it for a couple days? I've been told there's something unusual about the items and creatures in there, and if we have more samples to examine, it'll be easier to confirm whether everything has the same properties or not.

I have noticed as much. And that seems to further reinforce my hypothesis: this place will stop at nothing until color is restored. These shadows, in particular, seem to have a more... aggressive approach to it.

What else have you noticed, Akechi-kun? We could compare notes. Two minds (and more) is better than one, right?

Your font color, for one. And that makes me wonder about a few things.

Tell me, Midoriya-kun: what was the extent of your interaction with shadows these past days?

A lot...I'm sure you guessed that already. I lost a lot of my color like everyone else did, but the only thing different is that mine ate me after I lost almost all of it.

[He's...still somewhat reluctant to talk about it, but well, he and Dave are already talking about it in public, and getting this information out ultimately outweighs his own discomfort.]

That is what I suspected. I witnessed plenty of others losing bits of color, and considering my own experience, I deduced the shadows might be behind these events, as well.

However, to think they would go as far as *eating* you... I imagine their different MO must be connected to the different results, too. How long ago did that happen to you?

Just over a week ago. Then, after a couple days, I woke up near the well again. It's surreal. If my friends hadn't seen it happen, I'd have a hard time believing it.

I thought about what happened to you, too. You regained your color after what happened, just like I did when I came back. I'm STILL trying to work out how our own colors can return like that when they were taken, but so far I only have a working hypothesis about our surroundings.

Hmm. That's another difference, too; from what I have noticed, any missing colors on people have been restored within only a few days. It's been over a week, and your font is still black, though, and there is at least one house that seems to have returned to its previous grayscale condition,too.

I would like to hear your hypothesis on the matter, though, if you are willing to share.
