User: #FFDF00 - Missing colors? And a request

Hey, it's Midoriya again. The shadows haven't acted up in a few days, so hopefully that means we've seen the end of those attacks for now. It looks as if everyone's color is back to normal, too.

[What isn't normal, though, is Izuku's text. Instead of the eye-searing yellow that it's been for the past few weeks, it's returned to the black that everyone had in the beginning. How strange.]

Since we're no longer fighting off our shadows 24/7, there's a couple things I wanted to discuss:

1. Has anyone else noticed color disappearing around the town again? I'm not 100% sure if figuring out the cause of this could help us restore the color in this place later on, but I think it's worth looking into.

2. If anyone's brought back something from the forest before, would you mind letting me borrow it for a couple days? I've been told there's something unusual about the items and creatures in there, and if we have more samples to examine, it'll be easier to confirm whether everything has the same properties or not.

Apparently one of the creatures that was in the forest doesn't have a history of any kind. Kind of like it was just put there for people like us to find.

[He already has a working hypothesis due to the timing of it all, so something around Dave losing color only confirms what he already suspects. Two examples isn't enough to know for sure, though.]

I haven't noticed any color missing aside from your text, but now that you bring it up, there must be a reason for it.

And John and I found some leaves in the forest. I don't know if they'll be worth looking at, but you can if you want to.

My font color was gone when I woke up that day. [He... probably doesn't have to specify which day, and he's still somewhat reluctant to talk about it happening at all.] I think there might be a correlation, but I need more evidence before I know for sure.

Egbert-kun mentioned the leaves last time. Any idea what they do?

Honestly...no. I mostly just felt like I should bring it with me, so I did, but...

It's just a leaf, as far as I can tell.

I have noticed as much. And that seems to further reinforce my hypothesis: this place will stop at nothing until color is restored. These shadows, in particular, seem to have a more... aggressive approach to it.

And we've seen about the same amount of the forest. ... Was there anything weird about the plant life?

Not that I know, but I'm thinking it might be a good idea to examine the gray fruit and restored fruit just in case there's something about them that we missed.

I was afraid of that. Strider-kun's lost color in his house and I've lost my font color. The three of us have one new thing in common that I can think of.

I've brought back a bunch of food but I don't think that's what you're asking about. Sorry, we didn't bring anything back from the graveyard when we explored it. It seemed like a better idea not to disturb the graves too much at the time...
