Hey Chroma. It's Dirk again in case you don't recognize the hex code.
So I'm sure everyone must have noticed the furry little problem we got last night.
I think it's safe to say it has something to do with that protect the town quest that went up and that we can expect them to be back again since the quests that require everyone last longer.
For that reason I've rigged up the rapbot I recently reacquired to play as our very own town-wide alarm system in case my suspicion is right.

So if you hear an alarm going off then either be ready to fight or run and hide.
It's probably best if the people who can't fight gather in one spot for easier defending. Maybe the church?
Anyway, if you see the wolves but don't hear the alarm and you're near a laptop, just text me "SW ALARM" and that will set it off. Or just start literally crying wolf, that works too.

It's going to sound somewhat like an old-fashioned air raid siren, by the way.
If I had any thematically appropriate music, I would play that so everyone has a fitting soundtrack to kick werewolf ass to, but sadly we'll have to make do with something standard and boring because that's all I got.

But yeah, stay alert. I get the feeling this isn't over.

Because yeah, that's exactly what you sound like.
The wolves don't even give anyone a chance to try and placate them. They're going after us very aggressively and specifically.
And dude, being torn apart by werewolves sounds like a pretty terrible way to go.

No, I meant us inhabitants of Chroma specifically as a whole.
Like if this was about hunger then there's mutated deer and other such creatures in the woods to hunt or maybe they would even try raiding our homes.
But that's not what they're doing. They're coming after people and it likely has to do with the quest or why else have it be about defending the town?
Sorry to say, I don't think you can Disney princess your way out of this one.

It's no biggie. I just turned up his volume and sort of essentially made him a walking, talking boombox.
The only tricky part is keeping him from rapping while his volume is turned up that high. No one would wanna hear that.
If you can't fight, then your best bet to survive would be following my suggestion of running and hiding at a central location that fighters can defend.
Where I guess you could still try to live your Disney dreams by singing at the werewolves from a safe location.

We should ask around to see if anyone has any music like that on their phones

That's good. Gathering at the church feels like kind of a cliche, but if it's clean and functional then it works.
Might as well go whole hog on this horror movie we're living right now because why not.
And transferring files might not be possible, but if the music is on a mobile device then I could possibly connect it to my robot if people don't mind lending me their phone.
We'll just have to compose a fitting soundtrack out of whatever people have got.

But yeah, hopefully this doesn't come down to a last stand sort of scenario. Guess it will depend on how long this goes on for.
And that's what I'm hoping for too. Maybe noise can at least draw them to one location.
