Okay, hit me if that's a stupid question or somebody's asked this before, but has anybody tried to make some sort of stairs or a ladder into that well by now? With the frequency we have people struggling to get out of it I'm starting to think making a permanent climbing help would make sense.

(Maybe also something like a 'first arrival bus stop hut' with blankets and a poster with FAQ while we're at it.)

so in other words, you appeared from the well and scared her enough that she gave you a scolding stern enough to shock you. and for some reason you blame the well for that, so now you want to fix it so that no one else gets yelled at even though it was technically your own fault and not the well's

Not really.

I mean, I could have gone about it better than to crawl my way out of that well with my quirk fully activated to help me climb, but it's hardly my fault that I ended up startling somebody whose kneejerk reaction is to attack first, ask questions later.

More importantly, it's lucky that it happened just to me. But if things were just a little bit different somebody could get seriously hurt! What if somebody gets hit or simply startled that bad that they fall back into the well? Or if they slip and fall why trying to climb it? It's just way too dangerous!

though if that's not enough to ease your fears, i did leave a rope in the well. i made it out of all that cloth that was on those tables. it might last long enough until you and whoever else decides to do something silly, like add a ladder.

Not at all! It's just a really easy way to get to know better, if you know what I mean. When there's a fight you don't have time to think about keeping up fronts, you just act!
