Okay, hit me if that's a stupid question or somebody's asked this before, but has anybody tried to make some sort of stairs or a ladder into that well by now? With the frequency we have people struggling to get out of it I'm starting to think making a permanent climbing help would make sense.

(Maybe also something like a 'first arrival bus stop hut' with blankets and a poster with FAQ while we're at it.)

Is there some kind of procedure for becoming a hero?


Well, I'm not really sure what constitutes as manly, but I'm sure you're doing better than you think you are.

There's no absolute must-have step-by-step procedure for it, but usually you first go to a school that teaches heroics and get your provisional hero licenses there, then after graduation you move on to work for an agency, either your own or that of somebody else. Most work for a while as sidekicks for already established heroes and then go solo, but there's no rule against trying to go pro right away either.

As long as you got your license it's cool.
