Hello, this is Reim. I have a proposal to make, as requested of me by someone clearly too busy to do it herself. In short, the proposal is that we pool our efforts as a group and establish a public bathhouse, for both hygienic and social purposes, as this town is severely lacking in creature comforts.

And it would be something to do...

That said, I've discovered an additional function of these "laptop" devices, so please consider the following!

[The mods said there's Powerpoint on this thing so click here to see the .pptx file Reim has prepared for you all, I apologize, but really I don't. It has the precise quality level of someone who loves his crisp & clean aesthetic but also is a messy idiot the second new and exciting things like Clip Art and Drop Shadow come along.

just look at it]

Isn't that something?

In any case, if you're interested in helping establish some kind of baths, please give your name and what skills you're able to bring, along with a rough schedule of availability. Given the weather getting colder, we'll need to finish this quickly before the possibility of more snow and temperatures too low for comfortable working conditions come along.

Thank you for your time.

[ yeah you don't want microsoft swooping in on your spooky town ]

Thank you! I shall take a look at that later.

I would say that the most minimalist version would likely be best, since even though a bath may improve spirits, it is not at all necessary. Any wood used to construct it does take away from a supply for winter. Or at least, I assume it shall be would, unless we would collectively wish to pick up masonry.

Personally, I believe the most ideal would likely be a sauna and a cold water bath after. It would be far easier to maintain, since so far as I am aware, we do not have a hot spring to draw from.

Quite easily. It is why I think it may be ideal. There is some work that would need to be done to ensure that the structure would properly keep the heat inside, but otherwise, the sauna portion is as simple as a wood burning stove to heat some rocks. Once water is poured on those, it would make it sufficiently steamy.

Though I do not think that would be ideal for a house-sized venture, mind you. It is better suited to something the size of a shack, and perhaps the bathing pool is what is larger.

Either could work suitably well, though I imagine that the people using it may prefer the room within the house. Otherwise, you would have to traverse outside in an indecent state.

Please do. If nothing else, I would enjoy the challenge of making such a thing with limited resources. Odd as it may be, there is something rather satisfying about approaching the difficulties such as this that Chroma presents. Trivial as this one may be comparatively, of course.

That is quite true, and it is why I do not mind it. If my fears are correct and a cold winter is ahead, then the morale boost may be quite necessary.

That is me, yes. My, I must have made quite an impression for you to remember the numbers and letters!
