Hello, this is Reim. I have a proposal to make, as requested of me by someone clearly too busy to do it herself. In short, the proposal is that we pool our efforts as a group and establish a public bathhouse, for both hygienic and social purposes, as this town is severely lacking in creature comforts.

And it would be something to do...

That said, I've discovered an additional function of these "laptop" devices, so please consider the following!

In any case, if you're interested in helping establish some kind of baths, please give your name and what skills you're able to bring, along with a rough schedule of availability. Given the weather getting colder, we'll need to finish this quickly before the possibility of more snow and temperatures too low for comfortable working conditions come along.

It's foolish to assume abilities are a done deal. I hope you're not planning to shovel someone in the role of maintenance if they have to keep water flowing or water heated.

In any case, Todoroki can get you the water more than likely, but it'd be more convenient to build some kind of aqueduct, or at least something that can generate flowing water.

Of course not. But I've received a surprising amount of volunteers eager to blow holes in the ground or help locate hot springs, I have some hesitant faith in the success of this project...

Todoroki is welcome to volunteer like everyone else. Do you know how to build an aqueduct?

I do. But it requires a lot of material and a lot of manpower. Which depends on what all these supposed volunteers are able to accomplish.

There's a shocking amount of people excited about digging holes...? I've had several people volunteer to do heavy lifting of whatever's needed, as well.

I can create blueprints, but I'm not wrangling a bunch of metahumans who want to put holes in the town.

Don't worry about that. Wrangling difficult people is already my job, so I'll take care of the excitable diggers.

I’ll need time if you want them, and I’ll need to survey an area. If you want a hot spring, it’ll have to be one lifted and heated by fire beneath unless someone miraculously has an ability to conduct geothermal heating.

I have a volunteer who might be able to locate a hot spring, if there are any naturally occurring around here. Otherwise, the fire will do nicely. We have plenty of time for you to take as much as you need.

I'll work on a rough outline. You'll need to tell me again later what you figure out in regards to the town and any water supply.

There's more open land in Flavo, but do you want the establishment to be in another sector in the town?

No, Flavo is fine. As homegrown as this project is, we should keep it as simple as we can, so let's stay where we have more available space.
