It's a lot of people from a lot of different backgrounds.

[Less than he led as commander back in Shinjuku, but still enough that with the varying worlds, it would be too difficult to simply put someone in charge. It may be better to avoid that. There's no Hiiragi family here, so it's sort of a relief.]

I think 60 sounds about right. I was so busy looking around the different areas that I haven't met many of them myself.
