Hello, this is Reim. I have a proposal to make, as requested of me by someone clearly too busy to do it herself. In short, the proposal is that we pool our efforts as a group and establish a public bathhouse, for both hygienic and social purposes, as this town is severely lacking in creature comforts.

Given the weather getting colder, we'll need to finish this quickly before the possibility of more snow and temperatures too low for comfortable working conditions come along.
