Hello, this is Emma.
I've noticed that everyone is offering up really great ideas like meetings and clinics and I wanted to help out as well. I'll leave the the major stuff to the specialists but I figured out one way.

Sewing!
We've been here for a while now and I know some people have been struggling with the clothes we've found around town. Making something from scratch might be hard but I can definitely work with what's already here. I had to fix clothes all the time when the little ones tore something or hit growth spurts.
So if you want something hemmed or altered I can help with that!
Of course, everything is going to have to be gray still. But that's better than wearing the same thing all the time!

If anyone knows how to sew I would welcome the help, and would definitely want to learn more advance techniques.

Gilda's a friend from home. She loved fashion and always dreamed about going out and wearing whatever she wanted since our uniform was boring. It was pure white like the stuff around here. Haha.
She's a really sweet girl, I hope she's doing all right.

I hope she's doing well too, that she's happy and gets to wear whatever she wants, as anybody should. Here, we have plenty of time to learn, and when color returns and we get to go home, you can make sure to bring a lot of colorful clothes back for her. I bet she would love that, if you're the one who made them.

I don't think she would be too pleased with the clothes we can find around here! They're surprisingly dated.
Something from scratch would be good. I'll definitely need an outstanding present to prevent getting lectured for disappearing for so long! Although she might just thank me and then continue on without missing a beat.

I don't think the clothes look that strange. They're charming!
She must be worried about you, huh? A lot of people here have somebody awaiting their return... Rather than an outstanding present, perhaps little souvenirs from around the town would do just as well, and stories of your time here.

I like stories but I don't think I ever wanted to dress like I was in a fairy tale full time! Although it is fun every once in a while.
Yeah, I was only planning to be gone for a couple of weeks.

Maybe we should look for things together? You can get some presents for whoever's waiting for you too! I don't think anyone will be wanting for exciting stories.

There's nobody waiting for me, but I would love to look for things together! With all the houses around here, abandoned as they are now, I'll bet there are plenty of treasures just waiting to be discovered!
